Every day, I get contacted by women at various stages of their pregnancies. Many women feel frustrated that there are not many resources for expecting mothers that will show them the real side of pregnancy and give proper nutrition and exercise guidance. We all see the glamorous side of pregnancy in our modern world. No one is realizing this. We all fall for the trap of trying too hard during pregnancy. This doesn't work. I am familiar with the daily challenges faced by pregnant women.

I started sharing my stories about my pregnancy. I shared how frustrated I felt with myself for not exercising at the same intensity, how worried I was that my partner would still feel attracted to my, and how scared I was of being a bad mom. These are all natural fears and thoughts. Problem is, most of the fitness programs for pregnancy are focused on perfection. However, it is important to remember that grace is more important than perfection. This allows for a better experience during pregnancy and easier recovery.

Women face so many new body changes during pregnancy. There are many changes in the body during pregnancy. Many women feel discouraged by the changes in their bodies and wonder "what the point of exercise anyway?" It is not worth it

Many women hear that they should just enjoy their pregnancy. It doesn't matter if you exercise or watch what your diet is. It's a joyous time! Relax!

Over 75% of pregnant women don't get enough exercise during pregnancy. I understand that! It's difficult to find resources for pregnant women. And, most resources don't address the real challenges faced by pregnant women. I'm happy to share with you an amazing resource that will assist you during pregnancy.
